Use of the command line

The following list of abilities should be obtained by you during the SysAdmin practicals:
  1. Enter and exit the command line window in a proper way
  2. Use the Windows editor notepad to create pure text files
  3. Use the DOS editor edit to create pure text files

DOS Scripting

The following list of abilities should be obtained by you during the SysAdmin practicals:
  1. Use and understand the DOS commands cd, md, dir, del, copy, xcopy, rename, and help
  2. Become familiar with options and switches of these commands, and what they are good for
  3. Assemble a script for a given task using multiple commands
  4. Save scripts as batch files and execute them
